CF Cornerman app support
Help with the CF Cornerman app for iPhone.

CF Cornerman is a free app that suggests one small, real thing you can do for the cystic fibrosis community whenever you have a few minutes: thank a care team, learn a fact worth sharing, join a walk, contact a lawmaker, or invite a friend into your Corner.
Common questions
How do I sign in?
Enter your email address and the app sends you a 6-digit code. Type the code into the app. You can also use Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. There is no password. If you already have an account, tap I already have an account on the welcome screen.
I didn’t get my code.
Codes can take a minute to arrive. Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from CF Cornerman, make sure the address is spelled correctly, then tap Send a new code. Each code works once and expires after a short time.
Does the app take donations?
No. CF Cornerman never takes, holds, or records money. Some suggested actions link to a charity’s own website, such as a walk page. Those links open in your phone’s web browser, and anything you choose to do there is between you and that site.
Who can see what I do?
You choose in Settings: Public, My Corner only (the default), or Private. Your email address and ZIP code are never shown to anyone. You can also choose how your name appears and whether your state is shown. Your profile photo is only ever shown to you, in your own app. See our Privacy Policy.
Why does the app ask for my ZIP code?
To suggest walks, events, and your local CF Foundation chapter near you. It is never shown to anyone. You can choose “Outside the US” instead.
How do I change my photo, name, or email updates?
Tap your name in the top right. Choose Add a photo or Change photo, or open Settings to change your name, privacy, email updates, interests, and ZIP code.
Delete your account
In the app: tap your name in the top right, open Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete my account. Deleting can’t be undone. Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account. You can also ask us to delete it for you on our Delete your account page, or by emailing privacy@cfcornerman.com from the email address on your account.
Report a photo
Intimate images shared without consent. If a profile photo in the app shows you, or someone you represent, in an intimate image that was shared without consent, including an image made or altered with artificial intelligence, email support@cfcornerman.com with the subject line “Image removal request.” Include enough information for us to find it (for example, the profile’s name or a screenshot), a short statement that it was shared without consent, your contact information, and your signature (typing your full name is fine). You don’t need an account. We will remove the image, and any identical copies we can find, within 48 hours of a valid request.

CF Cornerman is for adults 18 and older. It is operated by Directive LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company. It is an independent community project and is not managed, sponsored, endorsed, or operated by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
